Sharelle is the founder of Perseverance Law and has been working as a solicitor in the Lockyer Valley for several years. Being part of a small community is important to her, and she values building genuine, lasting relationships with the people she works with.
In 2024, Sharelle opened Perseverance Law on Gatton’s main street to create a practice that feels approachable, supportive, and focused on real people. She understands that legal matters can be overwhelming and is committed to guiding her clients through each step with clarity and care.
Sharelle holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southern Queensland and is admitted to practise in Queensland and in the High Court of Australia.
Tracy is a solicitor at Perseverance Law who is committed to helping people feel heard, supported, and understood. She has experience working in social justice and brings a compassionate and considered approach to her work with clients.
Before joining the firm, Tracy worked in various roles in both private practice and the community legal centre arena. Tracy is particularly passionate domestic violence and was a finalist in the Dame Quentin Bryce Domestic Violence Prevention Advocate Award in 2023.
Tracy also has a background in Germanic languages, which supports her ability to communicate clearly and connect with people from a range of backgrounds.

Breanna is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws at UniSQ and brings a thoughtful and capable approach to her work. She has a strong interest in criminal law, supported by her previous experience as a legal support officer.
As a law clerk, Breanna plays an important role in the day-to-day running of the practice. She works closely with Sharelle across a range of matters and is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and calm, organised approach.
Breanna’s practical experience and strong work ethic allow her to contribute meaningfully to the team while continuing to build her knowledge in the legal field. She is committed to supporting both the firm and its clients with care and professionalism.
Lexi is a law clerk at Perseverance Law and also plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day work of the firm. She works closely with the team across a range of matters, helping to keep things organised and running smoothly behind the scenes.
Lexi is also involved in the creative side of the practice, managing the firm’s social media and contributing to its overall look and feel. Her work helps keep the firm approachable, modern, and connected to the local community.
She is due to commence her Bachelor of Laws at UniSQ in mid-2026 and is looking forward to building her knowledge and experience in the legal field.
